DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! This is a terrible company that I believe is out to scam people! They almost scammed me. I signed an online contract with movewheels.com to move a vehicle from Texas to Virginia. They quoted me a low rate at $1200 and then never showed to pick up the vehicle. They were only supposed to charge a $100 deposit fee when it was picked up. I called and called and called the sales rep Arya I was assigned to (whom up until that point had been very responsive) and no answer.
After repeated calls someone finally called me back at 9:30 p.m. that night and said they didn’t know what happened. The $100 fee was charged to my account.
I called again the next day. I received a text message (from a google phone number) claiming to be my driver….named “Mike driver” and he was sorry he couldn’t pick up my vehicle. The text message was exactly the same style as Ara’s.
When I called the number back, it went to this company’s phone system. After repeated calls back to the company, I finally got in touch with Ara. He said the driver texted me. (How did he know that? He is only a broker, not the driver.) I confronted him and told him that his cell phone number dialed back to his company. He said “that’s weird.” I then demanded to know the drivers name and company and he couldn’t give it to me. Said all he knew is that the drivers name was Mike. That tells me he was lying. Why would a professional company hire someone they know nothing about to move a vehicle.
After repeated calls to the company (most of the time my calls were sent to voicemail) I finally got my deposit back. They told me they would find another shipper. They did not, despite scheduling phone calls with me to update me on the situation that never happened.
I’ve read other complaints online that they use low quotes and contracts as a bait and switch tactic. This company needs to be shut down.

This company is the worst…should have read the reviews before hiring them…everybody at the company is as bad as the other..once you sign on the dotted line it’s over…they won’t pick up or answer your calls..they don’t even deserve half a star…I would not even recommend them to my worst enemies…..they promise you one thing …just to suck you in… till the day comes when you have no choice
Because you have no more options…if your reading this …don’t let them suck you in like me….look else where..

Aht Aht!! You gotta be quicker than that first of all let me start off by saying this is not an accredited company by the Better Business Bureau. Secondly, intuition told me just to stay away from this company. After scheduling my pickup I didn’t put the full amount to be charged in my account just in case it was a scam.
Also, every number listed goes back to the same line which goes to a voicemail that is full or blocked. The only reason why they called my phone back the next day is because my card declined.
After reading the reviews I immediately cancelled my account. They continue to call from different numbers through the evening threatening me after business hours just get my money.

Add me to the long list of dissatisfied reviewers that have dealt with this sham of a company. I wish I had read these reviews first as my story is almost exactly like many others…they entice you with a low price, get you to submit your credit card info and sign a contract.
Promises are made that they will pick your car up on a scheduled day and time, and then the communication ends once they’ve reeled you in. You’re left taking time off work to wait for a truck driver that never shows up and no way to reach these con artists because they stop answering their phones and make it impossible to even leave a message.
I was warned after the fact about BWT but by then it was too late. Learn from my mistake.

“I wish I had two more hands, I’d give them 4 thumbs down!!!!!!”
I’d give them zero stars if possible, classic bait and switch. They promise they’ll pick up the vehicle in two days then you sign the contract that gives them five business days and they go ghost (Don’t sign their contract)… On the day the vehicle was to be picked up I get a text from an alleged driver saying that he’d be picking the vehicle up at 3pm then subsequent texts saying he was stuck at the dealership and wouldn’t make it. Then the following day I start calling the agent/owner Amine Amador (904)297-2162, he won’t answer, I then call the direct business line and obviously they have caller ID because no answer either. Such a shady group, please avoid these liars and find a shipper that asks for deposit only at pick-up and remainder of funds when the vehicle is delivered.

Horrible experience with “Andy Paz” from Movewheels!
They were one of the dozens of calls I got to schedule a delivery of a vehicle.
I agreed to their terms and signed their contract for a 2 day delivery.
2 days later they call me up to say no driver will pick up for the price in their contract, but they can do it for almost double.
We renegotiated and I was told one would pick it up now and drop it off that night or the next day in the morning. Here we are in the evening and the vehicle still hasn’t been picked up. I made about 30 calls to the office and nobody called me back. I receive texts from them sporadically and they rarely respond to mine.
From all of the other reviews I read, I think they are just out to collect a $175 “dry run” fee.
The salesman even told me I made a huge mistake by talking to other companies after they didn’t deliver on their signed contract.
What a joke of a business!!!
Stay away!
